

With more than 30 years in the industry, Tricia brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her journey includes stints at renowned establishments such as Westmoor Country Club, Hilton Milwaukee City Center (owned by Marcus Hotels and Resorts), Milwaukee Marriott West, and The Bartolotta Restaurant Group at Bacchus, where she served as the Director of Catering. Currently, she is dedicated to developing the next generation of Baking/Pastry, Culinary, and Hospitality Management students at Waukesha County Technical College. Tricia’s commitment to hospitality shines through her academic qualifications – a bachelor’s degree from UW-Stout, a master’s degree from the University of Alabama in Hospitality Management and accreditations as a Certified Hospitality Educator and Certified Meeting Professional.

Tricia lives in New Berlin, Wisconsin with her amazing husband, Jason, of 22 years. They have an incredible daughter who attends the University of Missouri, where she plays the unique, coed, full-contact sport called quadball (inspired by Quidditch in Harry Potter). She also enjoys playing pickleball (a lot), kayaking, gardening (especially collecting hostas), yoga, reading self improvement books, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
